Shipping & Delivery

All Made by Penny Jane products are made to order, and many are personalised especially for you.

Processing times

Please allow time for your order to be made and prepared before dispatch. Our current estimated processing time is 3–5 working days.

During particularly busy periods, such as Christmas, processing times may be slightly longer.

UK delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery times shown at checkout apply after your order has been made and dispatched.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at hello@madebypennyjane.com.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delays

Occasionally deliveries may be delayed for reasons outside our control. If you're concerned about an order that has already been dispatched, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
